The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 11, line 50, by striking out the words “public school” and inserting in lieu thereof: “county board of education”;

And on page 3, section 11, line 52, by inserting the following:

“: Provided, That the parent or guardian be allowed the opportunity to opt out of the bathroom audio monitoring for their student. An Individual Education Plan or 504 plan shall outline the opt out and an alternative arrangement for the student or parent needs and requested accommodation.”

And on page 3, section 11, line 53, by striking out subdivision (2) in its entirety and renumbering the remaining subdivision.
